Common Issues
Fix the most frequent setup and automation problems.
Most issues are caused by missing credentials, disconnected providers, or overlapping rules. Use the checklist below to resolve them quickly.
Integration not connected
- Confirm the provider credentials are still valid.
- Reconnect after changing passwords or scopes.
- Check the integration health status for errors.
Rules not firing
- Make sure the rule is enabled (not in Draft‑only).
- Verify the trigger matches the incoming event.
- Disable overlapping rules that share the same trigger.
Missing messages in the inbox
- Confirm the provider connection is healthy.
- Check that the account has permission to read messages.
- For Telegram, ensure the bot has an active public webhook URL and user initiated chat.
- Refresh the page to sync new data.
Slow or stuck UI
- Hard refresh the browser cache.
- Disable browser extensions that block cookies.
- Try a different browser to isolate issues.
