IMPORTANT: By accessing and using this service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and WeKeKe ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Our Service provides a unified platform for managing direct messages across multiple social media platforms. The Service includes features such as message aggregation, automation rules, campaign management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account creation
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Authentication via Google Sign-In
By clicking "Sign in with Google," you:
- Authorize us to access your Google account profile information including email, name, and profile picture where available.
- Agree to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Understand that FedCM is used for privacy-preserving authentication.
- Acknowledge that each login requires explicit consent through the FedCM dialog.
3.3 Account security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Not sharing your account with third parties
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Keeping your linked Google account secure
We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence or failure to protect your credentials.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of law
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or employees
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Circumvent security measures or rate limits
- Use automated tools without written permission
- Transmit spam, phishing, or deceptive messages
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive our source code or algorithms
- Use the Service in ways that violate a social platform's terms
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Company IP
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are owned by WeKeKe, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 User content
You retain all rights to any content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3 License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes. This license does not grant you the right to:
- Modify, copy, or distribute the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Remove or alter proprietary notices
- Use the Service for competitive purposes
6. Third-Party Services and Links
6.1 Social platform integration
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to those platforms' APIs or terms
- Data handling performed by those platforms
- Suspension or termination of your access on those platforms
- Accuracy of data retrieved from those platforms
6.2 Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external websites. Your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
- Some jurisdictions limit liability waivers, so some limitations may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeKeKe, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your content or conduct
- Intellectual property claims related to your use of the Service
9. Privacy and Data Protection

Enforcement

- Cooperation with law enforcement where necessary
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by user
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon deletion, we will stop storing your personal data except where retention is legally required.
11.2 Termination by company
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if we determine that:
- You have violated these Terms
- You have engaged in illegal activity
- You have violated the Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account poses a security or legal risk
11.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. You remain liable for any violations occurring before termination. We may retain some data for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes.
12. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
13.1 Informal resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@wekeke.com or wekekeprivacy@gmail.com with a detailed description of the dispute.
13.2 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law rules. For EU residents, the consumer protection laws of your home country may also apply.
13.3 Jurisdiction
Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Halle (Saale), Germany, unless applicable law permits you to bring a claim in your local court.
13.4 EU consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have rights under EU consumer protection law that cannot be waived by these Terms. These include:
- Right to a remedy for defective digital services
- Right to have defects remedied at no cost
- Right to termination and refund if defects are not remedied
- Right to dispute resolution through ADR where available
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if that is not possible, will be severed. The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
