Our Service provides a unified platform for managing direct messages across multiple social media platforms. The Service includes features such as message aggregation, automation rules, campaign management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Authentication via Google Sign-In
We use Google Sign-In for authentication. By clicking "Sign in with Google," you:
- Authorize us to access your Google account profile information (email, name, profile picture)
- Agree to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Understand that FedCM (Federated Credential Management) is used for privacy-preserving authentication
- Acknowledge that each login requires your explicit consent via the FedCM dialog
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Not sharing your account with third parties
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Ensuring your Google account remains secure (since we authenticate through Google)
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence or failure to protect your credentials.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or employees
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Circumvent security measures or rate limits
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission
- Transmit spam, phishing, or deceptive messages
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive our source code or algorithms
- Use the Service to violate any social platform's terms of service

All content, features, and functionality of our Service (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images) are owned by WeKeKe, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 License Grant

Enforcement

11. Termination
11.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon deletion, we will cease storing your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
11.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if we determine that:
- You have violated these Terms
- You have engaged in illegal activity
- You have violated the Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account poses a security or legal risk
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. You remain liable for any violations occurring before termination. We may retain some data for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting privacy@flingpalm.com or wekekeprivacy@gmail.com with a detailed description of the dispute.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For EU residents, the consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
13.3 Jurisdiction
Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Halle (Saale), Germany. However, you may bring claims in your local court if permitted by law.
13.4 EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer (not a business user) in the EU, you have rights under EU consumer protection law that cannot be waived by these Terms. These include:
- Right to a remedy for defective digital services
- Right to have defects remedied at no cost
- Right to termination and refund if defects are not remedied
- Right to dispute resolution through alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, it will be severed. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
