The public platform is currently operating normally. Authentication, core service lanes, and public-facing routes are available. This page reflects an operational overview rather than a minute-by-minute event feed, so provider-specific disruptions may appear first in-product or through direct support follow-up.

3. Operations Practice

We treat status as an operations signal, not just a marketing badge. The public surface is monitored for route availability, authentication continuity, and provider-side degradation patterns that can affect messaging or sync behavior.

4. Support and Escalation

If you notice an outage or degraded behavior, contact support@wekeke.com with the affected route, provider, approximate timestamp, and any reproduction steps. Include screenshots only when they materially help reproduce the issue.

  • Auth issue: include whether the problem occurs on sign-in, signup, reset, or verification.
  • Integration issue: include the provider name and the last successful action.
  • Public page issue: include the route and the browser or device in use.
