Actions
Define safe outputs for your automation rules.
Actions describe what happens when a rule triggers. In most workflows this is a reply message, draft, or follow‑up prompt. Choose actions that match your risk tolerance.
Common action patterns
- Create draft: save a response for manual review.
- Send reply: deliver a message immediately.
- Follow‑up reminder: schedule a second touch.
Provider‑specific actions
- Actions expand based on each provider’s API capabilities.
- Tagging, labeling, or assignment may be available where applicable.
- Some actions may be limited to certain plans or providers.
Draft vs auto‑send
- Drafts are ideal for new rules or sensitive conversations.
- Auto‑send is best for high‑confidence, repetitive responses.
- Review logs and analytics before switching to auto‑send.
Quality checklist
- Keep messages short, clear, and on‑brand.
- Personalize with names or recent context where possible.
- Avoid sending multiple automated messages back‑to‑back.
