Rule Builder
Configure rule types, triggers, and outputs.
The Rule Builder lets you create automation rules for greeters, upsells, and follow-ups. Each rule combines a type, trigger, and response mode so you can scale safe replies without losing control.
Rule Types
Greeter
Welcome new followers or first‑time messagers.
Upsell
Offer bundles, promos, or premium content when intent is high.
Follow‑up
Re‑engage after a delay or when a conversation goes quiet.
Triggers
- ON_FOLLOW — When a fan follows or connects.
- ON_MESSAGE — When a new inbound message arrives.
- SCHEDULED — Runs on a set schedule or delay.
Response Modes
- DRAFT_ONLY — Save output as a draft for review.
- AUTO_SEND — Send automatically after validation.
Build a Rule (Quick Flow)

Name & Type
Pick a rule type and give it a clear name.

Choose Trigger
Select when the rule should run.

Write Response
Add the message you want to send or draft.

Set Mode
Use Draft‑only while testing; switch to Auto‑send later.
Testing & Safety
Use the “Test Rule” button on the Automation Rules page to simulate a run. Review outputs in Draft mode before enabling auto‑send.
