Use this guide to understand which features and limits apply to each tier. All tiers are available monthly or annually, with annual plans discounted. Pricing is localized by region when supported (USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, CNY, GBP, INR, JPY, THB). If a visitor’s currency isn’t configured, we show EUR and Stripe applies conversion at checkout when available.

AI Automation Access
AI Draft Replies are a paid add‑on for Starter and included on Pro and Team when WeKeKe-managed AI is enabled. Power users can optionally supply their own OpenAI API key (BYOK) in Settings if enabled. AI drafts are always review‑first and never auto‑send in v1.
Usage Limits
- Starter tier is limited to a single connected platform and 100 conversations/month.
- Pro tier expands to 3 platforms and 1,000 conversations/month with real-time sync.
- Team tier removes conversation and platform limits and adds collaboration features.
